As an employer, you will be aware that you have a legal duty of care to your employees to protect their health, safety and welfare while they are at work.

Work-related stress is covered by this duty.

Whether an employee is just starting to show signs of stress or has already been signed off sick, resolve can provide your business with practical, proven solutions to this often hidden and pervasive problem.

We work with you to identify which services and/or combinations would best suit your business needs. We offer a range of services including but not limited to:

  • Reflective practice session for teams and staff groups

Services can be purchased on demand for individual employees or you may wish to enter an annual agreement with us. We also offer bespoke services aimed at management and specific groups within your business.

You may not want to choose any of our core services but have an idea or event that you want realised.
